We want to make the returns process as simple, easy and clear as possible for you, so that your satisfaction is completely assured.
If you purchased a Wolffepack from our website (www.wolffepack.com) and are not completely happy with it for any reason at all, you may return it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The decision is completely with you.
All we ask is that it comes back in an unused condition so that another customer would be happy to receive it as new, so it should include the tags and information that come with the bag.
If you have a defective or broken bag, we will be happy to repair or replace your it. More info on that here.
To begin the returns process please contact us at email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the bag.
Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks to process your refund once we receive your returned Wolffepack.
